💳 $500 Booking Deposit Required
If you decide not to move forward after your consultation, your deposit will be refunded minus a $100 consultation fee.
If you move forward with your custom gown, the remaining deposit will be applied toward your gown balance.
A contract outlining the complete process, timeline, payment schedule, and policies will be provided after your consultation and before production begins.
Following your consultation, we will begin designing your custom evening gown.

A custom design concept
Fabric and embellishment recommendations
Estimated production timeline
Fitting schedule
Once the design is approved, fabrics and materials will be ordered.
We will source fabrics, embellishments, lace, appliqués, crystals, and trims based on your design vision and budget.
📦 Fabric arrival typically takes 2–4 weeks.
Photo and video updates may be provided throughout the process as materials arrive and production progresses.
Fittings typically begin once fabrics arrive and construction is underway.

Fittings may be conducted by the designer's assistant.
Clients may or may not meet directly with the designer during every fitting.
If an in-person meeting with the designer is scheduled, only 2 guests may attend.
Additional family members may participate remotely via Zoom.
✅ Valid government-issued photo ID required for all attendees.
💳 No additional payment is due until after your first fitting.
The remaining balance will be divided into two payments:
Second Payment: Due after the first fitting
Final Payment: Due 14 days before final fitting, pick-up, or shipping
✅ All gowns must be paid in full before release, shipment, or pick-up.
⏰ Please arrive on time for all appointments.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule.
Missed appointments may result in timeline adjustments.
📦 Shipping options are available for eligible orders.
Local pick-up appointments may also be scheduled.

The $100 consultation fee is non-refundable.
All deposits and payments become non-refundable.
Because every gown is custom designed and handmade specifically for each client, cancellations after production begins are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.
✨ We do not accept rush orders.
To ensure adequate time for design, production, fittings, and final adjustments:
Custom evening gowns should be booked at least 2 months before your event date.
Final payment must be completed no later than 14 days before delivery or pick-up.
The gown should be picked up or shipped at least 1–2 weeks before your event date.
