At Binta Saga Le Shop, every gown is crafted with exceptional care, attention to detail, and a commitment to luxury craftsmanship. Because many of our pieces are custom-made and produced specifically for each client, we maintain the following return and refund policy.
All custom-made, personalized, altered, and made-to-order gowns are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, cancellation, or refund.
This includes:
Custom bridal gowns
Custom evening gowns
Couture designs
Gowns made using client-provided measurements
Any garment modified or altered at the client's request
Special-order items produced specifically for a customer
By placing a custom order, the client acknowledges and accepts that the garment is being created exclusively for them and cannot be resold.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements.
Binta Saga Le Shop is not responsible for fit issues resulting from:
Incorrect measurements submitted by the client
Weight fluctuations after measurements are provided
Pregnancy-related body changes
Post-order body changes
Measurements taken incorrectly by third parties
We strongly recommend having measurements taken by a professional tailor.
Minor alterations may be necessary to achieve the perfect fit.
Unless specifically stated in writing, alteration costs after delivery are the responsibility of the client.
Any complimentary alterations offered by Binta Saga Le Shop must be requested within the timeframe specified at the time of purchase.
Eligible ready-to-wear items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if:
The item is unworn
The item has not been altered
Original tags remain attached
The item is in original condition
The item is returned in original packaging
Approved returns may be eligible for store credit or exchange only.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
Custom-made gowns
Made-to-order gowns
Bridal gowns
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Accessories
Veils
Headpieces
Jewelry
Any item marked "Final Sale"
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to report the issue within 48 hours may result in the claim being denied.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Binta Saga Le Shop may, at its sole discretion:
Repair the item
Replace the item
Issue store credit
Issue a refund
Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, custom orders cannot be canceled once materials have been purchased or production has started.
Ready-to-wear orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Delivery dates are estimates only.
Binta Saga Le Shop is not responsible for delays caused by:
Shipping carriers
Customs processing
Weather conditions
International import procedures
Events beyond our reasonable control
Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds.
Customers agree to contact Binta Saga Le Shop directly regarding any concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
Initiating a chargeback for a custom-made item that complies with the approved design, measurements, and specifications may constitute a breach of these terms.
