💳 $750 booking deposit required
If you decide not to move forward after your consultation, your deposit will be refunded minus a $100 booking fee.
If you move forward, the remaining deposit will be applied to your gown balance.
A contract outlining the full process and policies will be provided before moving forward.
After your consultation, we'll begin designing your custom gown.

Once approved, fabrics and materials will be ordered.
We'll source fabric options based on your style and budget.
📦 Fabric arrival typically takes 2–3 weeks.
Photo and video updates may be provided throughout the process.
Fittings typically begin once fabrics arrive and construction is underway.

Fittings may be conducted by the designer's assistant.
Clients may or may not meet directly with the designer.
If an in-person meeting with the designer is scheduled, only 1 guest may attend.
Family members may join remotely via Zoom during fittings.

💳 No additional payment is due until after your first fitting.
Remaining balance will be split into 2 payments
Second payment due after first fitting
Final payment due 10 days before final fitting, pick-up, or shipping

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
