💳 $750 Booking Deposit Required
If you decide not to move forward after your consultation, your deposit will be refunded minus a $100 consultation fee.
If you move forward with your custom gown, the remaining deposit will be applied toward your gown balance.
A custom bridal contract outlining the complete process, timeline, payment schedule, and policies will be provided after your consultation and before moving forward with production.
Following your consultation, we will begin designing your custom bridal gown.

Once the design is approved, fabrics and materials will be ordered.
We will source fabric, lace, appliqués, beading, and embellishment options based on your style, vision, and budget.
📦 Fabric arrival typically takes 2–4 weeks.
Photo and video updates may be provided throughout the process as materials arrive and production progresses.
Fittings typically begin once fabrics arrive and gown construction is underway.

Fittings may be conducted by the designer's assistant.
Clients may or may not meet directly with the designer during every fitting.
If an in-person meeting with the designer is scheduled, only 2 guests may attend.
Additional family members may participate remotely via Zoom.
✅ Valid government-issued photo ID required for all attendees.
💳 No additional payment is due until after your first fitting.
The remaining balance will be divided into two payments:
Second Payment: Due after the first fitting
Final Payment: Due 14 days before final fitting, pick-up, or shipping
✅ All gowns must be paid in full before release, shipment, or pick-up.
⏰ Please arrive on time for all appointments.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule.
Missed appointments may result in timeline adjustments.
📦 Complimentary U.S. shipping is available for eligible bridal orders.
Local pick-up appointments may also be scheduled.

Because every bridal gown is custom designed and handmade specifically for the bride, cancellations after production begins are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.

To ensure adequate time for design, production, fittings, and final adjustments:
Bridal gowns should be booked at least 3 months before the wedding date.
Final payment must be completed no later than 14 days before delivery or pick-up.
The gown should be picked up or shipped at least 2–3 weeks before the wedding date.

This version now matches your Prom policy structure, uses the $100 non-refundable consultation fee, requires the contract after the consultation, and reduces the bridal timeline requirement to 3 months before the wedding date.

Please note that all final prices will be determined after the consultation with Binta, as they depend significantly on your fabric choices and specific customizations.
